400m from the sea, in a 3 hectare enclosed and wooded park, the "La Rose des Vents" Residence Centre benefits from an exceptional natural environment that is ideal for welcoming groups and outdoor activities. Thanks to its varied facilities (sports fields, table tennis, relaxation area) and quality infrastructure (numerous equipped rooms/classes, rooms with washbasins, on-site catering, lounge with fireplace), "La Rose des Vents" welcomes school trips, sports internships, summer camps, cultural workshops, training or seminars for up to 160 people all year round.

Blue and Green Building : 75 to 80 beds, divided into 16 rooms with 2 to 6 beds on 2 floors. Each one is composed of a cosy hall, a shower and toilet area, 6 bedrooms with washbasins for 5 or 6 people (bunk beds) and 2 bedrooms for 2 people with showers and washbasins. Total capacity: from 35 to 40 people per floor.
Yellow Building : 16 beds, divided into 7 rooms with 2 to 5 beds, on one level. A small hall serves a shower and toilet area and provides access to a small meeting room. Total capacity: 16 people.
